Outreach
St. John’s is a worshipping community with a meaningful and dedicated commitment to outreach.
In 2025, St. John’s outreach budget was $16,500. Recipient organizations included:
- Salisbury Family Services – offering support for local residents who are struggling.
- The Corner Food Pantry – providing groceries to the hungry in our NW corner.
- Hispanola Health Partners – supporting doctors and nurses working with the most vulnerable in rural Haitian villages.
- Housatonic Youth Services Bureau – providing free behavioral health and empowerment programs in partnership with our local schools and organizations
- Chore Service – helping senior and disabled residents in the community live independently at home
- Salisbury Volunteer Ambulance Service
- Lakeville Hose – our local fire department
- Project Sage – providing support for victims of domestic violence
In addition, for the past three years, all the proceeds from our annual Fall Festival have been donated to World Central Kitchen.
